4) Upgrade to Luxury Status
One thing that hasn’t changed in our 30 years of business – luxury properties are still in high demand. Updating your kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas will make your home highly desirable, and will undoubtedly boost its value if/when you ever decide to sell.
